Uniforge

The UniForge is a high-efficiency induction heating system designed for the forging industry. It features a unitized modular design for quick installation and space-saving integration of the coil line, power supply, and infeed/outfeed mechanics. The system includes heavy-duty material handling equipment such as variable frequency AC motor-driven pinch rolls and chain drives that automatically adjust for billet diameter changes, ensuring precise billet feeding and safety with motion detectors. Hot billet extraction is facilitated by a fast extractor with temperature-activated accept/reject systems. Control options range from manual operation to advanced MRP (Menu Recipe Program) control with integrated PLC and HMI for easy recipe management. The system uses a closed distilled water recirculation for coil cooling to prevent scale buildup, extending coil life. A frequency selection guide optimizes energy usage based on billet diameter and material type. Various models offer different power ratings, billet handling capacities, and physical dimensions suitable for a range of forging applications
